Want to eat to the sounds of the sea?
There's a scent of sea air at "The Fat Duck" in Melbourne.
The restaurant is normally site in Bray, Berkshire, UK, but has relocated to Australia for six months -- with a maritime flair.
For a mere $525 Australian (each) diners can experience a 15-course degustation menu, complete with iPods, which are handed out to each client so he or she can experience the sounds of the sea as they eat.
Dishes include Mad Hatter's Tea Party soup (mock turtle), snails redolent with garlic, and a main dish called Sound of the Sea, which is a bouillibaise served with seafood foam, tapioca, breadcrumbs and eel.
Personally, I would skip the tapioca.

Is that Heston's restaurant? So he's moved from UK?
Its a six-month experiment, or so I believe.
